Texas is losing agricultural land faster than any other state in the nation. Land values continue to climb in rural areas, and especially as land is handed down from one generation to the next, heirs face painful decisions on the disposition of family land. Voluntary conservation easements provide a mechanism for Texas landowners to ensure the future of family land by forever protecting its conservation values. The Forever Texas Fund will perpetually support the very organization protecting the lasting legacy of Texas.
