Derek Ireland - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Derek Ireland was a pioneer of Ahstanga Yoga and was responsible for bringing Ashtanga yoga to Europe from India. Derek is revered throughout the world for his teaching and has inspired many of this generation’s Ashtanga yoga teachers. We hope it does the same for you.
