HD Soviet Army Parade, Victory Day 1990 Парад Победы

This is the parade on Moscow’s Red Square commemorating the 45th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, 9 May 1990. This would be the final Victory Day parade during the Soviet Union’s existence. This parade would be the first to feature camouflage painted vehicles, as well as some new ones. Taking the salute is Minister of Defense, Marshal of the Soviet Union Dmitriy Yazov. Commanding the parade is commander of the Moscow Military District, Colonel General Nikolai Kalinin. Music performed by the Combined Orchestra of the Moscow Garrison, conducted by Major General Nikolai Mikhailov. Like me on Facebook:
