WSOR Jordan Spreader plowing snow on the Fox Lake Sub, February 4, 2011

On February 1-2, 2011 the Midwest was hit with a record-breaking snowstorm/blizzard. 20 inches of snow fell in the Chicago area, followed by strong winds. WSOR experienced substantial snow drifting on a large portion of its system. The Jordan Spreader was brought out for several days to clear out flangeways and cuts. On February 3 it plowed the Northern Division. On February 4, it was brought down from Horicon and plowed the Waukesha and Fox Lake Subs. This video is of the Fox Lake Sub work, starting at MP
