Full title reads: “Tragedy of the sea - thrilling rescue at Casablanca of survivor of Spanish coasting vessel“. Casablanca, Morocco. Various L/Ss of large waves crashing over harbour. A crowd of men look out to sea from the beach. They are looking at a rock near the coast where a lone sailor is stranded. He is crew member of Spanish ship that sank in storm. L/S of French military aeroplane flying over rock, it attempts to drop food parcel to shipwrecked man. Various shots of Casablanca lifeboat stranded on some rocks. Various shots of Moroccan fishermen getting into a rowing boat and attempting to row through rough seas to rescue Spanish sailor. The waves capsize the boat and the fishermen wade to shore.
