Bikini Fitness & Wellness Posing workshop with Jessica Pap and Rebecka Eklund

Welcome back to the Winning Tan YouTube and as we wait for the season to start soon we would like to share a really unique video. This was filmed during the Swedish Fitness And Bodybuilding Federations , SBFF day, and there were different workshops. Two of them was with Jessica Pap IFBB Wellness Fitness Overall World Champion who taught posing and stage presence and Rebecka Eklöv who is a 2X IFBB Artistic Fitness World Champion who taught the art of walking in heels. These two workshops was totally amazing and all the participants had a great time and learned a lot. We are really happy being able to show footage from this amazing day and made a longer video so hopefully if someone who was there can see herself.
