Project Workflow: Creating a stadium crowd in Houdini.

All models of characters (unrigged) and model of the stadium are provided to me in 3D Studio Max format. All character animation had captured by a motion capture system in an institute and delivered to me in 3D Max biped format. A layout including camera also provided to me. I skinned characters in 3D max with the same animated biped and export all animated characters by fbx to Houdini. I could use Alembic, but as I needed their animated bones in Houdini for doing some small adjustment and linking flags an
