Me practicing my front handsprings. I was never able to get them “normally“ until recently. Before I would have my legs together on the high left side, and kick a hand spring back that way; it works, and looks cool but I wanted to learn the normal way too. You have to stall on your left foot (for left spinning), then drop/roll slightly to the right until you are on your right hand. At this point (or slightly earlier) kick the left leg back. Pull hard with your right leg to get the wheel back straight
