Shamus - 1973 - Full Movie - Burt Reynolds/Dyan Cannon - Crime/Comedy - HD

Another favourite Burt Reynolds film for me - this from 1973 is “Shamus“, where Burt pretty much plays himself as a private eye. Remember back then, Burt was the real king of the movie scene, along with Clint Eastwood, and this is very much his vehicle - and a great vehicle it is. Dyan Cannon is wonderful as Alexis - and I also adore Morris The Cat, playing just the uncredited cat - but still famous for his 9 Lives cat food commercials. As I say, just a cool 1970’s film, and well worth a watch if you don’t know it. Probably some more Burt Reynolds films to come - mainly lesser known ones. Resolution increased to HD.
