Goldilocks and the 3 Bears A Fairy Tale narrated by Jude Litoff

Here we are again with another much-loved fairy tale! This time, it’s “Goldilocks and the Three Bears“. The original music is by me, Jude Litoff, and I originally written it for the children’s opera “The Snow Queen“, which I composed in 1986! I love the Spring Time Rag, it’s such a fun piece of music, perfect for the introduction and the end of the story. I was lucky enough to have a recording of the Spring Time Rag played by the late concert pianist, Eliahu Zabaly. I had asked him to make me a playback of the song a few years ago for a children’s performance, and you can hear it in the video... ( yes, actually Spring Time Rag is a song, and a dance too!) We miss his talent and beautiful performances, and are so lucky to have access to some of his precious recordings. The “Snowflakes“ music fitted the part where Goldilocks falls asleep in Baby Bear’s little bed. It’s orchestrated on Sibelius. I have had such fun narrating the story and editing it for you all. I really hope you enjoy it! Jude Ⓒ Jude Litoff Stories and Songs for Kids Illustrations are by John Patience for Peter Haddock publications.
