The time the European Commission takes to deal with requests for public access to documents

The von der Leyen Commission has been showing contempt for the citizens of Europe by neglecting its duty of transparency. The Ombudsman’s report shows in 85% of cases the Commission failed to take a decision on document access requests inside legal deadlines.
