Difficult Airways With Video Laryngoscopes

This video demonstrates the attempted endotracheal intubation of 3 patients with very difficult airway anatomy using video laryngoscopes. Difficult patient anatomy as well as operator and equipment variances may have contributed to the problems demonstrated in these videos. Nevertheless, the importance of developing and maintaining skills in both direct laryngoscopy as well as video laryngoscopy is demonstrated in this video.
