Iranian President opens hydropower dam in Sri Lanka despite Western sanctions

Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi has inaugurated a hydropower dam and irrigation project in Sri Lanka, financed and engineered by his country. The ceremony also marked the first Iranian presidential visit to the island nation in 16 years. RT correspondent Yusef Jalali reports.
