(Pathetone main titles.) Full titles read: “A minute in Mona’s movie life. It’s a great life these days, being a real movie star - not one of those ten-cents-a-dance kind.“ United States of America. Various shots show Mona, a chimpanzee, in a night-gown and night-cap in a bedroom. She bends over at the bed, as if saying her prayers, then gets into bed. An African-American woman comes into the room and says she is going to tell Mona a bedtime story. The woman sits beside the bed and starts to tell her the story of ’Little Red Riding Hood’. Intertitle reads: “Came the dawn... “. C/U of an alarm clock going off at ten past seven. Mona gets out of bed and throws the clock on the ground, then gets back into bed.
