Explore decayed house ruins with dripping tap in the forest

Found out that there should be an old decayed and abandoned house in the forest. Not possible to find it on satellite images but on old aviation footage from the sixties you can see a house with surrounding small buildings. It drops water from a tap that comes out of the ground. Also finds a underground storehouse (soil cellar).
