Add 8 cups of flour (cup volume 200 ml), 1 cup of vegetable oil to the dough. Add flour gradually so as not to overdo it and make the dough tight. I used approximately 1125 grams of flour. I use soft wheat flour, you may need less. When the dough has risen, you can bake. Any filling for pies. This dough recipe is ideal for pies fried in vegetable oil or fat. I baked them in the oven.
