How MINIMALISM helps with ANXIETY

Minimalism has helped my anxiety in more ways than I could’ve possibly imagined before embarking on this journey of simple living and less stuff. In this video I go through and explain exactly how minimalism has helped reduce my anxiety. From the small things like decluttering and creating more physical space and calm, to completely shifting my mindset away from negative self talk to acceptance and compassion.
