V-Ray 6 | FINITE DOME LIGHT (New Feature Breakdown)

In this tutorial we will go through the new Finite Dome Feature of the upcoming V-Ray 6. I will be currently using the Open Beta to demonstrate all relevant settings and show you how to use it! The Finite Dome will give the DomeLight an actual Position and Size in your 3D Scene. This will make it behave much more realistic compared to before as it reacts now correctly to camera placement and movement and you can use your spherical HDRI directly as a backplate without the need of backplates. I am using 3ds Max 2023 and V-Ray 6 Beta.
