La Vie en rose by Louis Armstrong

“La Vie en rose“ (French for “Life through rose-coloured glasses,“ literally “Life in pink“) was the signature song of French singer Édith Piaf. An English version of the lyrics was written later by Mack David. Several notable artists have performed “La Vie en Rose“, one of my favorite is the Louis Armstrong version which was used in the movie French Kiss in 1995, an American romantic comedy film set in France, starring Meg Ryan and Kevin Kline.
