My top tips on how I was able to significantly add size to my SHOULDERS!
Recipe:
Base:
- 400g cooked sweet potato mashed
- 200g chicken diced
- 250g cooked quinoa
sauce:
- Green onion 4
- Green chilli 2
- Cilantro handful
- Lemon grass 1
- Shallot 2
- Ginger 2cm
- Juice of Lime 2
- Fish sauce 3tbsp
- Soy sauce 3tbsp
* blend all sauce ingredients together
* Add gradually to your sweet potato, chicken and quinoa mixture (the more you use the spicier it gets)
* Combine all ingredients well then form into patties
* Sear till golden brown on each side
