Ramadan ceasefire talks refused by Sudanese army until RFS withdraws from civilian sites

Despite UN calls for truce, the Sudanese military will not hold talks on a ceasefire during Ramadan unless the opposing paramilitary Rapid Support Forces leave civilian sites.
