The Making of Donkey Kong Country & Killer Instinct / Pre-rendered graphics

As a follow-up to my Aladdin / Cel animation video I decided to give the Donkey Kong video a huge overhaul. Both videos will be part of a mini series about the influence of technological advancements in tools and development processes in 16-bit video games. Part one: Cel animation, Part two: 3D packages, I’m planning to do a 3rd video eventually. I’ve also added Killer Instinct (one of my favorite arcades games ever) and the awesome Donkey Kong Country 2 to this video.
