Wrapped in the martial art stop motion genre, the story centers on a struggling animation artist who has to deal with high living cost in the city. In Hong Kong, where the story stages its background, it is true that many middle class people have made a fortune out of property trading for years. Yet it is also true that many people on the other hand, are deprived of a proper living space because of the insane property price and rent. Young people are living in squatter-like flats not because they are incapable of making a living, but because they are late comers in the society whose entry level income cannot possibly afford the already jacked-up property price due to years of speculative trade.
