STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU CUPS
Recipe makes 7 x 160ml/6oz cups
200g strawberries (weight without stems)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp lemon juice
100ml (1/2 cup) milk (any)
14 Savoiardi biscuits (Ladyfingers / sponge biscuits)
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream (at least 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
TIRAMISU CUPS (Alcohol free)
Recipe makes 7 x 175ml / 6oz cups
2 tbsp instant coffee
300ml (1 1/4 cup) boiling water
250g (1 cup) mascarpone cheese
250ml (1 cup) whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
12 savoiardi / ladyfinger biscuits
Cocoa for dusting
CUSTARD TIRAMISU CUPS
Recipe makes 6 x 165ml () dessert cups
2 tbsp instant coffee
300ml (100ml (1/2 cup) boiling 200ml (1 cup) cold
1 1/2 tbsp custard powder
300ml (1 1/4 cup) milk
1 tbsp sugar
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pack Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers)
LOTUS BISCOFF TIRAMISU
2 tbsp instant coffee
300ml (1 1/4 cup) boiling water
20 savoiardi / ladyfingers biscuits (depending on the serving tray size)
200g (3/4 cup)mascarpone cheese
200g (3/4 cup) whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 heaping tbsp Biscoff spread
OREO TIRAMISU
10 Oreos (8 for crushing, 2 for decoration)
Savoiardi / ladyfingers biscuits approx 20 (depending on your tray size)
2 tbsp instant coffee
300ml water (100ml (1/3 cup) hot and (2/3 cup) 200ml cold)
300ml (1 1/4 cup) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
20-25g dark chocolate

100ml (1/2 cup) boiling water
200ml (3/4) cup cold water
200ml (3/4 cup 2 tbsp) whipping cream

2 strawberries cut in quarters for decoration
OREO TIRAMISU CUPS
Makes 17 x 60ml (2oz) dessert cups
24 Oreo biscuits
2 tbsp instant coffee
100ml (1/2 cup) boiling 200ml (3/4 cups) cold water
20-30 Savoiardi (ladyfingers, sponge biscuits) depending op the size of biscuits
300ml (1 1/4 cup) double cream (heavy cream)
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE TIRAMISU
Makes 9 x 70ml dessert shots
1 tbsp instant coffee
300ml (1 1/4 cup) boiling water
9 ladyfinger biscuits
200ml (3/4 cup)double cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100ml (1/3 cup) double cream
100g milk chocolate or 50g dark chocolate
Dark chocolate for sprinkling
PINEAPPLE TIRAMISU CUPS
makes 5 x 160ml cups
200ml (3/4 cup) whipping cream (minimum 33% fat)
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
10 Savoiardi biscuits / ladyfingers
100ml (1/2 cup) pineapple juice
150g fresh pineapple
Applies to all the above desserts:
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
