He was dumped beside the road, paralyzed and terrified tried to hide away people 20 days no one help. SADLY! ... It hurts me to say that he will never be able to use his back legs again. He will never be able to enjoy his life like other puppies. He will never be able to run with other dogs on the sunny, green fields. The X-ray we took today showed that his injuries were 15 - 20 days old. If he was brought within the first 48 hrs the vet may have been able to do something about it. But now it’s too late and the surgery is no longer an option. Besides his paralyzed legs he will need emergency surgery to fix his genitalia (penis), because he injured a nerv and his penis is no longer functioning normally and is prone to infections. He already has several small wounds on it! Initially I was so desperate I even thought about euthanasia because I didn’t want and couldn’t accept the fact that this innocent little puppy will never be able to stand up on his own, and that he will depend on others his whole life. I couldn’t and can’t accept the fact that nobody saw this little puppy on the road for 15 days!...
