Carlos Dominguez, the accused Davis serial killer who was found not competent to stand trial for two fatal stabbings and an attempted murder, will be committed to a state hospital, officials said. The public defender for Dominguez told KCRA 3 that a judge on Monday formally committed Dominguez to a state hospital for a maximum of two years.
