Operation Condor: A Latin American alliance that led to disappearances and death

It was a secret terror campaign that began in South America in the 1970’s and led to disappearances, torture and a long killing spree. Called Operation Condor, or Plan Condor, the intelligence network comprised of military dictatorships allowed nations to share information to help suppress their rivals. Correspondent Joel Richards travels to some of the sites associated with Operation Condor and speaks to survivors of the terror for “Americas Now.“
