What is being? Achieve your being state

What is being state? How can we explain it to ourselves? What is the reality and how can we make it real? On my way reading “No acting, please“ by Eric Morris and Joah Hotchkis, I’ve probably found out some essential thoughts about our “bedrock“ here-and-now reality. Buy the book “No acting, please“ on Amazon: “Being“ is a state that you strive to achieve. To be, you must discover and fully express what you feel. Allow one impulse to lead to another without intellectual editing, including all of life’s interruptions, interferences, and distractions. All of these characteristics should be present in your behavior. Do no more or less than you feel. “Being“ is the only point from which you can construct organic reality. Maybe you shouldn’t try to figure it out. Just be. Feel your feelings, express them, live them, and give yourself permission to feel them. You should ask yourself, “How do I feel right now, and am I functioning in light of how I feel right now?“ “If not, why is that, and what can I do to get there?“ It might be anything—a stream of consciousness, what’s going on right now, or whatever. You should only see how you feel right now. The condition you adopt is unaffected; it is your core here-and-now reality. You could only begin further construction from this solid foundation.
