How to ride your REAL bicycle in GTAV (on a smart trainer)

I was just going to upload some gameplay footage of the new Grand Theft Auto Bicycle Mod (GT BIKE V) but after I had more than a few people ask me how I got my smart trainer to work with GTAV I figured this was more appropriate.
