A traffic policeman stops a motorcyclist as he tries to make a last minute turn, cutting up a car coming behind him. He has a word with the rider (in biking leathers) who protests (mute!). We then see the motorbike rider in a class with lots of other ’jay-riders’, being taught good driving methods by a man in uniform standing at a blackboard.
