Azam Ali | Persia After Hours

Iranian born, Indian raised Azam Ali has confirmed her place as one of the most prolific, versatile, and gifted singers, producers, and composers on the international stage today. Together with Iranian multi-instrumentalist/composer Loga Ramin Torkian, they pioneered the cutting-edge acoustic/electronic music group NIYAZ which became an instant world music sensation. Taking inspiration from the exhibition Persia; Ancient Iran and the Classical World, Azam and Loga curated a very special, intimate performance for the Getty Villa which featured a collective of extraordinary musicians as well as immersive visuals projected on the façade of the Villa Museum.
