Member of the parliament of Upper Austria FPÖ Michael Gruber caused a stir with pre-election advertising for the Austrian Parliament elections on 29th September: he posted a video on the Internet in which he crumpled up a rainbow flag at a bus stop and threw it into a trash can. In the background, you can see the abbreviation LGBTQ drawn with a spray can, which was crossed out. According to his own words, Gruber sees the rainbow flag as “an ideological statement of left-wing social policy“. The Linz public prosecutor’s office has sent a request for extradition to the state parliament regarding Gruber’s case. According to prosecutor Ulrike Breiteneder, the politician is accused of inciting hatred. #3 Our channel: Node of Time EN Source: Node of Time EN
