Carrot Cake Recipe - Easy, Soft and Moist!

When I have guest or I’m invited to a party, I cook this amazing carrot cake! It smells and tastes great and you should try it with this recipe; it worths! It’s soft and moist, you don’t really taste carrot in it. Let’s cook it together! Ingredients: 2 and 1/5 cups of flour 3 eggs 10 gr vanilla 1 cup of sugar 2/3 cup of vegetable oil 2/3 cup of milk 1 cup of grated carrot 10 gr baking powder 1 tsp cinnamon Preparation: Whisk sugar, eggs and vanilla together in a large bowl until combined and no sugar lumps remain. Add oil and whisk the batter (about 1-2 minutes) Add milk and beat again (about 1-2 minutes) Add grated carrot and beat 1 minute. Sift flour 2 times, add baking powder and sift one more time. Whisk the flour, baking powder and cinnamon with the batter. Butter the cake pan and pour the batter in it. Preheat the oven to 160 C. Bake it until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Let it cool in the cake pan. Dust powdered sugar and enjoy its fabulous taste!
