Thank you for watching this video :) I’m excited to show you how to easily sew this Cindy dress that embraces clean design lines and silhouettes, allowing the movement of this dress to have your attention for a fairytale-like simple elegance :) → Hidden side pockets make a welcome addition to the classic A-line maxi skirt, which has an absolutely lovely drape, and the charming balloon sleeves compliment the rounded, modest neckline. Tied all together with extra long, optional ties at the sides, this Cindy dress is the personification of a humble & kind heroine in a beloved fairy-tale. I’m using my Cindy PDF downloadable sewing pattern, get it here: Here are the materials you’ll need: - m (3¾-4¼ yds) fabric, depending on length - 1 m (1¼ yds) elastic, 5 mm (¼“) wide - Interfacing - Matching thread - Glasshead pins - Scissors - Measurement tape - Cindy pattern Choose a woven dress-weight fabric that will hold its shape, won’t stretch and isn’t see through. This would be something like a gauze, lawn, rayon challis, chiffon, silk, cotton, linen or even velvet.
