The Struggles of Shotaro Ishinomori - The Artist Whose Ideas Continue to Inspire Moderns Works

I thought it was time to do an in-depth look at Shotaro Ishinomori’s life and struggles. Especially since his works inspired many of my shows. I wish I could have talked about all them. But here is the list of the inspiration that begins with Shotaro Ishinomori: Yu Yu Hakusho: The reason why everyone is a different color is because Studio Pierrot based everyone’s character design color on one of Yoshihiro Togashi’s colored pages that features the four main characters in different colors. Yusuke’s uniform was colored green in it for some reason (even though Togashi colored his uniform blue initially) and differed from Kuwabara’s uniform color even though they go to the same school. Studio Pierrot liked that it looked like a Sentai team and it also made it easier for kids to tell the characters apart.
