US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller faced more grilling from reporters on America’s ‘mind-boggling’ hypocrisy on implementing international laws. This was in relation to America’s insistence that the Gaza ceasefire resolution was non-binding on Israel. This was the first time that the US had not vetoed a UN Security Council resolution against Israel.
