Horizontal and Vertical Alignment Tool

The last in our trilogy of measuring tools, the aptly named Horizontal and Vertical Alignment tool is commonly used when drawing multiple objects. Keep in mind that these measuring tool are often used in condition with each other. in this case, I will be using the Proportion Measuring tool to establish the distances between my spheres.
