Driver climbs out of hanging car after driving off top story of a parking garage

9/9/2016, downtown Austin. A 24 year old man was unable to stop his car and drove off the top of a parking garage in downtown Austin TX. One of the cables of the garage wrapped around his wheel, leaving him hanging upside down in the driver seat.
