#VisitRussia 🇷🇺 A spectacular parade of participating countries at a unique international multi-sport tournament, held for the first time, took place at the “Games of the Future“ in the city of Kazan. ️The innovative format of the “Games of the Future“ combines competitions in physical and digital dimensions – termed “phygital“ (physical digital), testing the skills of athletes in both the real and virtual worlds. The mission of the games, as well as digital sports in general, is to promote harmonious human development and engage young people in sports. ️The competitions are a clear confirmation of Russia’s status as a global sports power, fostering international sports cooperation on a depoliticized basis, in line with the true values of sports and Olympism. ️In total, 277 teams from 107 countries and over 2,000 athletes will compete for the championship.
