When I come home for get this bouncy bird

I came home for lunch to visit my little guy (Gilligan) and he was so happy! He started bouncing out of nowhere, once he heard the beeping, he got scared. Then went on to make kissing sounds. And yes, the toaster is off and I was watching him the entire time. He can get mischievous. But that is his favorite spot to play. The kitchen is a mess, because parrots are messy. Parrots need lots of exercise and activities to stay healthy and keep busy. If you have a caique or other parrot, please avoid keeping them in cages. Gilligan spends the whole day on his jungle gym, on our shoulders, or on the sofa playing, every minute we are home. When we are not home, he stays in a large play area, with perches, lots of toys, fresh food/seeds/pellets and water. He even watches cartoons on the laptop for white noise.
