Playing with Pitch Shifters on an 8 String Guitar! | DJENT

Hey all! So recently I wanted to try write some riffs that had pitch shifter automation all through the riffs. I’ve been inspired by bands like Humanity’s Last Breath, Northlane, and Spiritbox recently too, so seemed like a no brainer to put a video out on it. Now I’m not lucky enough to have a Digitech pitch pedal to MIDI automate, so I’ve improvised by combining Otto Audio’s II II II II Amp Sim w/ the whammy section of Neural DSP Archetype Gojira, and then further pitched it around with Ableton’s Shifter effect.
