Poland threatens to impose anti-dumping measures against Ukrainian agricultural exports

Polish farmers have been blocking checkpoints on the Ukrainian border to prevent mass imports of produce from the country. The Polish government threatened to impose measures against Ukrainian exports unless Kiev makes certain concessions. RT contributor Rachel Marsden reports
