- Resisted Broad Jumps 2x10
- Kneel to Sprint x3
Circuit #2: 3 rounds of each exercise
- Resisted Jumping Lunges x10 each way
- Resistance Band to Sprint x3
- Forward Bounds x2
Circuit #3: 3 rounds of each exercise
- Squat Jumps x12
- Hops to Sprint x4
- Footwork to Sprint x4
