Dynamic weather

Changing weather (accelerated here), global rivers, river bank erosion, rain, exponential noise distribution on terrain. Unfortunately Youtube compression cannot handle the rain well :( There are still some inconsistencies in lighting during various weather conditions, to be tuned better. Same for the sounds.
