Fiery Utility Truck Pursuit | Rancho Cucamonga

| 12:15 AM | RANCHO CUCAMONGA - A man is in custody and a utility truck was destroyed after he kept driving on flat tires during a police pursuit Monday morning. CHP was pursuing a stolen utility truck on the SR-71 Freeway in the Pomona area. The suspect failed to yield and continued north to the 57 and 210 Freeways. The pursuit ended around 12:30 A.M. on the eastbound I-210 Freeway, when the truck caught fire. The driver ran from the truck with officers on his tail, where he was quickly taken into custody.
