Did you know that Vandenberg Space Force Base is home to Air Force Global Strike Command’s 576th Flight Test Squadron, the ONLY dedicated intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) test squadron in America? The squadron conducts tests that gauge the present and future capabilities of our ICBM force. It operates under the umbrella of the 377th Test and Evaluation Group.
