The Prince Of Wales (1933)

Full title reads: “Cardiff. The Prince of Wales - as Prior holds and Investiture of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem - 184 people of every walk of life received Orders.“ Cardiff, Wales. Procession walks out of the Church of St. John the Knight in Cardiff. Many of the men are wearing the strange hats and capes that are the uniform of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem. Clergymen walk out of Church followed by man carrying a ceremonial sword. They are followed by Prince Edward, Prince of Wales (later King Edward VIII, Duke of Windsor). He too is wearing a hat and cape. The procession walks along the street. The procession approaches a building (possibly Cardiff Town Hall).
