Brutal Doom v19 - Meet the MARINES

I finally fixed the dumb marines. They are not useless brain dead lifeless simple bots anymore. Now they can talk, they will follow you, put a real fight against enemies, perform fatalities, and more. They are still not perfect, I need to fix some stuff, add more voices, more interactions, but they will be far better than any other companion ever made for Zdoom. On the final version, they will also sometimes give you health and ammo. After I release Brutal Doom v19, I will release these marine
