The Bubble Man (1931)

Note: The location of the events in this film are unknown. Full titles read: “And now meet ’THE BUBBLE MAN’ - ’Griff’ the King of the Bubble Makers.“ M/S of man (presumably Griff) dressed as a clown. Various shots of Griff demonstrating his skills at blowing bubbles. He lights a cigarette and blows through a pipe so that a smoke filled bubble is formed. He bounces the bubble around on the palms of his hands several times before he inhales the bubble back through the pipe. He then tugs on his right ear and smoke appears to shoot out from his left. Several more shots of the entertainer blowing smoked filled bubbles. Griff imitates the sound of a baby crying, to which he explains is his baby. He walks over and picks up a ventriloquist dummy from a table and places it on his arm. Griff talks to the baby (the dummy) which he claims is his first. He then blows a bubble which he bounces up and down on the body of the baby. The scene finishes with Griff running off screen with the baby in tears after smashin
