These endless days of winter in the countryside have been slow with almost no end in sight. I’ve spend most of my days exploring rural England, climbing hills, reading books quietly at sunrise and doing things I love at home. I made sourdough bread from a starter that I made myself, and so far bread baking has been an entire adventure!
